The story of our practice begins with two brothers, Dr. Scott Ballard and Dr. David Ballard, whose passion for dentistry and a love for community, inspired them to create something truly special.

It wasn’t long before they recognized the opportunity to expand and bring their personalized approach to dental care to even more communities. With the support of their growing team, Dr. Scott and Dr. David opened five additional locations, including the opening of our Springtown office in 2022. They have always maintained their focus on delivering high-quality care with a personal touch.
